Ayushman Bharat Marks 8 Years With 60 Crore Beneficiaries Covered

Eight years after its initial launch, the Ayushman Bharat scheme has expanded its reach to cover over 60 crore beneficiaries. According to recent performance data, the public healthcare initiative has facilitated over 13 crore medical treatments nationwide.

The total expenditure incurred under the scheme for providing quality and affordable healthcare services to eligible individuals has crossed Rs 2 lakh crore, marking a major expansion in formal healthcare coverage.
